PC Boot-up a little funny after GTX 1060 installation

After having my old 780 die, I have now replaced it with a sold Asus 1060 6gb ROG Strix. But after installing it, I've noticed my boot time has increased substantially.

Whenever the "Asus" logo appeears where you can press to enter BIOS, all USB connections disconnect (light goes out of my keyboard at least) and this goes on for more than a minute in total. Then it proceeds to launch into Windows login just fine. NOTE: All the while it is stuck on the Asus logo, I have noticed a red light on my motherboard right next to "TPU". What does this mean?

It's perhaps also worth noting that it sort of freezes again when ready to login, for around 10 seconds, before all USB and Sound Input/Output connections reconnect all at the same time.
Is this a big problem? Something to do with my CPU, PSU, GPU or motherboard?

The motherboard is an Asus Z97-A, CPU i5-4690 and PSU is 750 watts or something. Easily enough power is what I'm trying to say. What could be the source to my problem?

Thank you for reading, I'm from Denmark and I therefore apologize for any English that doesn't make sense. Please, if it doesn't, simply ask me to ellaborate. Have a wonderful day!

Solution
1) First you need to remove the gtx1060, use the onboard iGPU, and install the DDU to uninstall the nvidia driver in safe mode, shut down the PC. Then plug the gtx1060 back to see you can boot up and use the PC or not. If you can then install the gpu driver. If you still have problem, then test the gtx1060, because it may have problem.

2) Or update the motherboard BIOS then try use the gtx1060, if the MB does not have the newer one. Usually we recommend to do this, when you have gpu/MB compatibility problem.
