How will an 8th gen processor effect compatability?

After just discovering the motherboard i upgraded to required an 8th gen processesor, the obvious solution was to upgrade to an 8th gen i7 8700 from the orignal 7700, as the motherboard is necessary to run ny graphics cards in sli.

From an older thread, my specs are currently
I7 7700 CPU
B250-F Asus motherboard (not able to run sli due to pcl e slots))
2x Asus STRIX gtx 1080 (looking to run sli with new mobo)
16gb (2x8) Super Luce DDR4 RAM at 2400mhz

Are there any compatability issues that i would face by replacing the mobo with the Z370-E (required for sli and requires 8th gen cpu) and the CPU with an i7 8700? From what ive found only the RAM typically causes issues outside of the mobo/cpu compatability, but i just want an opinion what issues i could face

Other, likeley irrelevant specs are:
Samsung 850 evo 500gb ssd OS drive
WD 1tb black hdd
Thermaltake 3.0 riing aio cooler (240L)
An optical drive and internal card reader (figured they dont even matter)
Apologies for the multiple threads, i just cant afford to make any more compatability errors on top of what i have already

I'm 99.9999999999 percent sure you won't run into any compatibility issues, but nobody can give you a 100 percent because pc parts are just too variable. As long as the ram is ddr4 (it is) the only other issue I can imagine is clearance issues if the cooler is too large, but if both MB's are atx... again shouldn't be an issue. So nothing stands out to me as an issue, meaning your probably a-ok.
