I was looking for a cheap wireless internet adapter and found the Asus Pce-n15 but the product page only says it is compatible with windows 8, 7, vista, xp and Linux. So does it work with windows 10 and if not can you tell me about another (cheap) adapter that does work

Just install drivers under device manager for unknown device or let windows 10 install it, Windows 10 drivers handling is one of better stuff from windows 10.
Just don't buy TP-Link usb adapters they have driver issue mostly 722N 822N.
