So for some reason i go to launch FH3, (after i already played it a couple of times) and my fps is about 10-20, when it was at a completely locked 30 at 1080p with good settings, no matter if i set it to the lowest possible setting, it still runs like a trash can, for some reason my CPU usage won't go over 50% as i play, and i've checked my temps, no higher then 65C at load.. i have an I7 3770 so it should be more then enough for forza, paired with a GTX 750 TI 2GB.
I'd really appreciate help as this is frustrating me very badly, i'd also like to note Forza Motorsport 6 runs very bad too, yet GTA V runs like gold.
(And yes, i installed latest drivers, this was running perfect before until now for no apparent reason)
