okay, so im getting issues with my internet cutting out and the only way to get it back is to turn my router off for atleast 10-15 minutes and restart my pc.

when it drops, i still have wifi to my phone working fine.

it happens out of nowhere. like it'll be fine for a few hours, i'll be clutching in the middle of a csgo match and all of a sudden it drops. as i only had 3 minutes to join back before it kicks me i've been getting week bans because it keeps happening.

when i try troubleshooting it comes up with 'ethernet does not have a valid ip configuration' or something like that. computer with the yellow triangle appears aswell.

ive swapped back to the router i had with talktalk and that hasnt worked.
i even went and bought a new networking card and nothing.

its only been happening the past few months since i moved my internet to vodafone. i somehow doubt its anything on their end as i still get wifi on my phone fine.

its not just gaming aswell. i was downloading a game overnight whilst i went to sleep so i had it in the morning, to my horror, i woke up and it'd cut out after dl'ing about 5gb out of a 36gb download...

getting really tired of having to turn the router off for 15, come back and load everything up again. it doesnt happen everyday but it happens most days now.
any help is greatly appreciated.

heres the message that comes up http://tinypic.com/r/2ch19bb/9

any help how to prevent it is greatly appreciated.

Solution
This possibly indicates an IP address conflict on your network. You might have something assigned to a static address that overlaps DHCP. If you have a static IP on your computer and that IP gets assigned to someones phone if will generate a conflict.
