Temperatures are the determining factor, not the cooler. The cooler is merely a means to control temps. No one can tell you what overclock is possible just by knowing what cooler you use. Only you can determine that by testing your system.
I recommend you stress test your system at stock speeds, to get a baseline of temps. Then start overclocking, a little at a time, and stress test at each step. I'd overclock somewhere between 50mhz to 150mhz in each test in your case. I think it's a more efficient use of time to walk your way up to your maximum overclock than to overclock by a lot at the start, then have to back down until you find the limit that works.
