Hello,
I have been experiencing extremely bad wrist and thumb pain from typing on my laptops in-built chicklet keyboard which is very uncomfortable and i am just coming up to my GCSE's which will require a lot of writing and i don't want my aching hand to limit the amount i can write in my exams. I am looking for a small comfortable keyboard which can also fit in a biggish laptop bag and isn't too showy, preferably it would be nice to have mechanical key switches but that isn't a priority. The price can be anything below £20,
Thanks,

"Mechanical" and GBP 20 just don't mix up. "Fit in a laptop bag" also excludes full-size 105-key keyboards, so you're limited to these "couch potato" models.

Go to a computer store, and look at what they offer. That way, you'll know what you like - both in size and tactile response. And while there - choose a mouse as well, as having a dedicated keyboard in front of laptop will make using the touchpad funny...
