I have a desktop from a friend. It turns on the fans come on and turns off, and then repeats it again and again. I was trying to troubleshoot it and laid flat it worked fine....after a while I set it upright and then it does not work again... lay it flat it didn't work but after couple of tries it works again.
SO I suspect that something is shorting the mobo. ...or something inside the PSU (Corsair GS600) is weird...
Can you suggest what should I take a look at closely to figure out where the problem is?
