Hello. My Gaming Desktop has an AMD Radeon R7 200 graphics card. I have another spot where I can add another graphics card. I want to know if I can get the AMD Radeon R7 250 along with me having the AMD Radeon R7 200. People said that they shouldn't be too far off so that they have the same drivers or something. I want to know so I can either get the 250 or do I have to get another 200 instead. I don't really know about computers.

That's the thing. Every time I go through display settings or find my graphics card it is listed as an AMD Radeon 200. That's it. How would I find out the exact one? I looked online and everywhere I went it said 200.

Did you already purchase another R7 250? If not I wouldn't recommend it unless it's free or something. You'd be better off getting a single newer stronger card like a GTX 1050 which is 200% faster. The R7 250 is a fairly weak graphics card.

Also if you have 2 cards connected to your PC, you are only using 1 unless you are using Crossfire or want to use the other card for mining perhaps. The only graphics card that does rendering/output is the one connected to your monitor. Crossfire and SLI never gives you 2x performance and generally isn't even worth it except for extreme builds.

I wanted 2 monitors hooked up to my setup. I didn't want to use one graphics card for both because it isn't a strong one. I thought 2 of them would ease on the graphics card but I didn't know they both won't work together like as one. Here is my motherboard (https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128602). Is there any cheaper recommendations for a good graphics card because 1050 is around 150-170 bucks or something.

Hello. My friend was offering me an MSI Gaming Radeon RX 550 for $120. I found it on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/MSI-RX-550-AERO-ITX/dp/B071L1VF57/ref=sr_1_2?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1521274074&sr=1-2&keywords=graphics+card&refinements=p_n_feature_four_browse-bin%3A6066316011) and I was wondering if it is worth it. Is it a good card? Please let me know! Thanks!

If you are not looking for a high performance card the RX 550 will do fine. It's about 10% faster than the GT 1030 and has 3 video ports.

The Amazon price is not accurate because of the low stock. Whenever a card is low stock, it skews the prices dramatically. Newegg has that card in stock so you can see its actual value here. $120 USD is a modest price given that graphics cards are a sellers market right now.
