Custom PC shut down during a game and won't turn on.

In the middle of a game of Dota, my pc just shut down. I couldn't reboot it and it's the first time this happened. Usually I have some lights on the motherboard that are on but aren't anymore. The insides are fairly hot. I've just cleaner it out with compressed air. I also have a spare power supply, what do I do?

If you have a spare power supply, testing the PC with the spare would be the obvious next step.

What are your specs, including the *specific* details of the PSU? It's hard to give very specific answers about a PC that we know absolutely nothing about.
