Hello everyone
I recently build a PC with the following specs:

Mobo: Asrock 970 Extreme 4 (latest Bios)
CPU: Athlon ii x4 640
Cooler: CM Hyper T3X Evo
PSU: Tacens Anima 500W
RAM: 4GB HP DDR3
HDD: Seagate 160GB Sata

Ram+HDD comes from an HP Intel Desktop.

Mobo has 8 pin connector but PSU only 4, as long as I dont need an FX processor or power demanding Graphic Card it will be fine as far as I know.

Im getting Code Error 05 which is related to CPU/Memory error. Sometimes it won't boot showing 05-19-36 error codes.
Things I've done:
- Remove/Install CPU+Cooler
- Ram stick switched to Kingston Hyperx Blu 4gb DDR3
- Remove Sata devices
I could just boot once into Bios after removing and plug in again the Sata devices + CLR CMOS.

Is there anything am I missing?
Anyone is having similar issues?
Kind regards

My first suggestions are to either upgrade your PSU to one with an 8 pin Mobo connector, or find an adapter. Next up is replacing the ram, as it may be specifically made for that hp system and might have issues running in anything else. Your PSU could also be faulty.

Well I'm glad! Hope all is running well for you now! And if you ever want to upgrade to a new platform like a newer Intel or Ryzen system, let me know, I love helping people pick parts.
