PC Screen Goes Black and fans spin @100% when playing games.

So i dont know why this is happening. In some games like PUBG my screen would go black with the message "no signal" and gpu fans at 100%. I think that its a PSU problem, because the GPU temps are about 84*C (the gpu has only one fan) and if playing on low 1080p, i get about 100 fps, so its not a GPU problem in my opinion. No problems on Rainbow Six Siege ( High settings, 80fps) I bought a new PSU and it will arrive tomorow. Will see if that helps.
Specs:
GPU - Gtx 1060 3Gb
CPU - i5 7400
RAM - 8Gb DDR4 2400Mhz Single channel
PSU 620w Tecnoware (picked it up for 20 euro)

I hope that its a PSU prob, because its cheaper than a new gpu.

With a really poor PSU in the system, that has to be a hot favourite as the culprit.

Good luck with the new one - - it's far & away better quality than the existing one.

Well that 20 euro Tecnoware PSU was absolute junk when it was made, never mind now.

You need to change that for a decent quality one, and spend a helluva lot more than 20 euros on it (Corsair, Antec, Seasonic etc).

I see you've already ordered one - - I hope it's not another "bargain bin" unit like the one it's replacing.

Ye, i bought a Corsair CX 450M. I really hope that the gpu is not at fault
