I think your best options are going to be something like a GTX 750ti or GTX 1050ti (Nvidia offerings) or a Radeon RX 460 or RX 560. I wouldn't trust your PSU with any GPU that requires an external PCIe power connector.
Also, more capable GPUs are obscenely expensive due to demand by crypto-miners.

Buying a graphics card in India now isnt a very smart idea. With an already inflated price now blown bigger with mining ( a gtx 1050 which was 9100inr earlier is now 12500inr), I'd suggest not to buy unless the situation cools down. But forthe time being, I'd suggest you look for one in the used market like olx or quikr. When the market price goes back to normal, you could buy new. And you can go for anything equal or better than gtx 1050ti or its amd counterpart rx 460. If you still insist on buying new now itself, look at mdcomputers, primeabgb or itdepot instead of amazon. They have better deals for computer accessories.
