Yes - - buy genuine Epson cartridges, that should fix the problem.
Anyhow, I tried a set of compatibles on an Epson once - - - - no problem with compatibility, but shortly after I had to scrap the printer & buy a new one 'cos the cheap ink had blocked up the ink delivery system good & proper - - - so buying cheap ink didn't save me any money at all as it turned out.
I've got a Canon printer now but I won't be putting compatibles anywhere near it - - -ever.
