Dear comunity, please help.

I have an issue with my computer, i was gaming and the pc crashed and now the pc won't start with the GPU plugged in. And i mean nothing not even post, no signal, just nothing even though everything is running and there are no weird lights or beeps.

I have tried several things in order to determine what is wrong with the computer so let me lay it out (and do correct me if i am wrong or missing something)

1. check GPU drivers
2. check BIOS
3. check GPU (might be burned out)
4. check PSU (might have shorted or lost potency)
5. check ram (might have went bad)
6. check mobo (pci slot might have gone bad)

So what i did for each thing that might have gone wrong is:

1. updated - no effect
2. updated - no effect
3. replaced GPU with new GPU - no effect
4. replaced PSU with new PSU - no effect
5. checked each stick individually - no effect
6. replaced mobo - no effect

I have replaced each part in this specific order and after there being no effect used it again and returned the new part.
I have also cleared the CMOS (there is a clear cmos button on my mobo)
I have not taken out the battery on the mobo (this does have the same effect as the button, correct?

Now as far as i can see i have tried everything to figure out what might be wrong but the system still won't run with the GPU plugged in.
I'll admit i'm not the greatest computer wizard by any means but i'm truly baffled with what might be the problem at this point.
Could anyone please help me out?

My system:

Intel i5 3450
MSI z77a-g45
2x4gb ddr3
samsung 830 250gb
OCZ 550 watt bronze 80+
XFX HD7950

So are you saying the computer won't run with the GPU plugged in, but it will run fine without the GPU?

Do you have PCI-Express Graphics Device as the primary option in the BIOS?

▶ Integrated Graphics Configuration
Press <Enter> to enter the sub-menu.
▶ Initiate Graphic Adapter
Choose which adapter you wish to make the primary option
[PEG] PCI-Express Graphics Device
[IGD] Integrated Graphics Display

Do you have 2 PCI-Express power connectors plugged into your graphics card?
Try enabling "IGD Multi-Monitor" in the BIOS and see if the graphics card will still not let the machine boot.
