Hi can i get amd Fx 8350 on 450 watt psu chieftec with gtx geforce msi 4gb 1050 ti gaming x,it will be ok???

Depends on the model number but most of those are garbage and not really what to use in a PC.

For a little more, u can get the ryzen 1300X equivalent. U can get a better cpu next month end if they release the ryzen 3 refresh after their ryzen 5 and 7 refresh.
