Please help! my graphics card is stuck

Picture no 2 shows that the part of case that hold all expansion cards is removable. So you need to unscrew the wifi card, remove that panel that hold both cards in place and then your GPU should move. At least this is how I see that.

On the right-hand side of the PCI-Ex16 slot, there should be some sort of locking mechanism holding the graphics card in place. What is the exact motherboard model. The first image obscures the last part of the model number. All I can see is "GA-H110M-". According to PC Part Picker, there are two Gigabyte boards whose model number starts with this sequence.
