I don’t know how to connect it please help if you want more pics just ask

Solution
It doesn't have to be connected to anything; you can just leave it. As long as you have the 24pin, 8pin connectors into the motherboard, CPU_FAN into the motherboard, 6pin into the GPU, the PC will start.

Dell power supplies are rated by continuous wattage not peak power. The Corsair isn't.

That looks like a 6pin PCIe that goes into the graphics card. An r9 270 should only require one.

Your PSU doesn't have enough wattage to run a R9 270 safely. The bare minimum is 450W and you have 430W. The PSU will eventually fail and possibly damage the card.

Sorry I forgot to mention that that cable is connected to the graphics card and my system wattage is enough and I’m not planning on overclocking

If you graphics card already has a PCIe 6pin cable plugged in then the one in that picture is probably just a spare one you don't need. Some cards require two such as the R9 295 X2.

That power supply doesn't have enough wattage even if you are not overclocking. Power supplies fail if they are overloaded that much. That unit with an R7 270X will probably fail within a year. If you do anything that stresses the GPU and CPU heavily like playing new games the PC may just shut down completely or crash. If that happens you'll know why.

What do you propose I do with it then why would it come with one and my PSU only has only one six pin
connection. + My whole system was running on a stock Dell 265 PSU before this and my card only has a 150w tdp
