System keeps freezing every day or so

So I've been getting these full-system freezes every day or so where my computer will stop responding to any input from the keyboard or mouse and everything just hangs on the screen. I don't think it's overheating or anything, its staying within 66-130 Fahrenheit when I'm watching streams, using MS programs and gaming and I clean out the inside of dust once every 2-3 months. The only thing I can do to make it work again is to hard-reset it and after that it works perfectly fine until the next freeze a day or so later.

My build is:
OS: Windows 10 64-bit
Processor: AMD FX-8350 Eight-core ~4.0 GHz
Motherboard: Gigabyte-990FXA-UD3
GPU: Asus Geforce 1060 6GB dual-fan
RAM: 2X Patriot Viper Xtreme 8GB Desktop Memory Module - DDR3, 1600MHz, PC3
HDD: WD Black 1TB 3.5' SAtA 6/Gb/s
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 650 GS
Got a Wacom 13HD tablet connected to it too.

I'm unsure if I just have to update a driver somewhere, update the bios or replace the HDD or something. Any information at all would be helpful.

Solution
It's possible a Windows 10 update broke something. If hardware looks good, then try to reformat and see if that solves it. Be sure to back up all data though.

Also, a good utility for testing hard drives in my book is gsmartcontrol. You can Google it and should find it on source forge easy enough. But it's got where you can run an extended test it even a short test that's like 2 minutes. It will show a lot of details like errors the drive has experienced, the amount of hours on the drive. The main thing I like to look at, it has an attributes tab that you can look at, it will light up things in red that it thinks are to far out of whack. If it shows issues at all in attributes area, my preference is usually to replace the drive.
Besides dusting, what else have you tried as far as troubleshooting. What temps are you checking, CPU, GPU, motherboard, ect? Fans all spinning correctly? How long has this been going on? Have you tried updating all your drivers if it's been while? Do you have the latest BIOS? Are there any logs for system errors in Event Viewer? May want to try a CHKDSK on your HDD, or even SFC /scannow in elevated CMD to check OS file integrity if you like. If this doesn't help, there are other things to try.

I've run CHKDSK /f once, updated the drivers I could find (mostly the GPU) and been monitoring the CPU temp with CoreTemp. I'm fairly sure I'm one bios version behind, but I didn't want to risk turning my system into a brick in case it was something obvious like the HDD failing. As far as I can tell, all the fans are functioning correctly and nothing smells like it's burning. I was checking the Event Viewer and the only critical one was event 41, Kernel-Power, which I was told was because I had to hard-restart it? I'm pretty new to using the event viewer so I don't quite understand what certain parts are referring to.
This has been going on for a few months now, it's just hard to know if the steps I took worked since I have to wait a day or two to see if it'll freeze again.
If it's likely the Bios, I'll update that first thing in the morning. I just wanted to make sure and eliminate anything obvious before trying it.

OK, thanks for the updates. Anything from the SFC scan? May want to try a bootable Memtest86 as well to stress the RAM. When it hangs, how long have you waited to see if it snaps out of it? May want to check the SMART data with a program like HDtune to check HDD health. Does it occur with tablet removed?

Did an SFC scan this morning and it does mention that it found some corrupt files that it couldn't repair, but the log file it produced is an absolute mystery to me. I have no idea where to even start to identify the problem files. I'm unsure how to even attach it to this reply.

I did download HDtunes and do some tests on the HDD, it seems to be healthy enough to me.

I tried updating the Bios, and that seems to have gone well enough.
As for when the freezes actually do happen, I usually don't wait more than 5-10 minutes. by that time my keyboard and mouse have already lost power since I can see the lights shutting off. If it happens again I'll try leaving it for as long as possible to see if it does anything.

Thanks for the detailed reply. HDD data looks about right, with exception of very low minimum transfer a few spots. Could just be the way the test ran. For SFC, there should be a log file you could search for keywords, such as repair, or failed, or corrupt. Worth trying Memtest86 as well.

Had another freeze today and tried checking the different key combinations to see if the lights on the keyboard would react and they didn't, so I guess it's fully deadlocked. Ran Memtest86 until it did a full pass and it didn't find any errors.

Did some searching in the CBS file and noticed every time it fails to do something is right after it mentions WindowsUpdateAgent

I'm wondering if that might be what's been causing it? I wouldn't be surprised if something didn't completely install correctly when I upgraded from windows 7 to 10. I opted for a reformat and clean install but it was the first time I had ever attempted an OS upgrade. Must have been a year and a half ago?
