Can someone tell me, will stock AMD cooler for Ryzen 1600 would be enough for 1080p gaming on very high/ultra settings?
I hope the temps will be below 75.
Can someone who has this CPU and stock cooler tell me how it is?

Solution
Yes, the cooler really wont have any impact on your ability to run 1080p on ultra settings. Your GPU will have a much bigger impact. Better coolers keep you CPU cooler (pun intended) which allows for higher overclocks. Higher overclocks will help with maximum framerates, but wont matter too much with settings. You can really only expect a 5-10% fps bump when overclocking a CPU. Sometimes, it wont matter at all, sometimes, it will matter more.

So if you are not going to overclock, definitely dont spend the money on an aftermarket cooler. If you are going to overclock, I suggest using the stock cooler for now and see how it performs with that CPU. AMD's stock coolers are very good and you should be able to get a decent OC with the stock cooler. After you overclock, if it runs hotter than you prefer, then think about getting a new cooler. I like the Cryorig H5.

This is what I'm planning:
CPU: Ryzen 1600 (stock cooler)
GPU: RX570 4GB / GTX1070 (I'm still considering because of prices...)
RAM: Crucial 1x8GB 2133MHz
HDD/SSD: Toshiba 1TB / Kingston 120GB
MOBO: MSI X370 SLI PLUS
Monitor: LG 22MP58VQ-P (1080p60HZ)

I only OC gpu and the OC is really low.

Agree with feelinfroggy.
What games do you play?
which country and total budget? If you have local website for us to check prices, that will be better.
I will shoot for 3200 2x4 gb ram, but 3000 works fine too
I will drop the small ssd, 250 gb is more appropriate, new games can occupy a lot of space and game loading speed is one of the benefits you want to enjoy with SSD
With 1070, I will shoot for a 1080p 144Hz monitor. FYI, RX580 is on par with GTX 1060 and 560 is on par with 1050, Vega 56 is on par with 1070.
I will also get B350 MB, could be a lot cheaper and enough for 1600/1700. X370 is mostly for SLI and heavy overclocking 8+ cores.

Prices are high there. The 570 is the better deal where you are located. In the US, the 1060 6gb and the 570 are about the same price and the 1060 is a much better card.

Where are you located?

I agree with Vapour, unless you are big into overclocking, you dont need a x370 motherboard. The B350 will do some decent overclocks and will save you some money.

Okay, so this is how it is:
I like to play games like BF4, COD (all games), every new game that comes out from Ubisoft; Tomb Raider, AC series, and most of new games that are going to release in the future...
For the motherboard I can afford around $155, I will list you website for motherboards for my country so you can see and recommend me a good one. ($155 = about 15000 dinars which is my local currency)
I can get RAM but not now because of prices that are doubled than the US doubled prices in my country... when RAM prices come down I'll get it.
I can afford 120GB SSD because I don't think I'll need more; I'll put the system and few programs like Premiere Pro and Photoshop on it and a few other things, I think that's enough.
For my country (Serbia) there's no 2K or 1080p144Hz monitor that is reasonably priced, so I can just get 1080p 75HZ or 1080p 60HZ... the prices are very high all the time in my country for better monitors.
The cheapest GPU, for now, is RX570 4GB but I would like to get 1070 to be more future proof, I know that's an overkill for 1080p but gtx1060 is almost the same price as gtx1070 for me, at least that was the thing last time I checked the prices.
I know, I won't be overclocking the CPU maybe at all, but I would test it once or maybe more times. You can check the MOBO prices for my country, which is Serbia btw, on this link:
http://www.eponuda.com/maticne-ploce-cene/1/f3_1?cene-po=ceni-rastucoj
The prices are sorted from the lowest to the highest in dinars (my local currency).
My MOBO budget = $150 = 15000 dinars

I am shooting for X370 because the difference between the B350 and X370 prices are minimal.

Thanks in advance :)

Buy the best parts you can with the money that you have. But not all parts are created equal for gaming. Some parts have a big impact in gaming and some parts have a smaller impact.

Typically, the GPU has the biggest impact on gaming performance. So you want to spend your money on a GPU.

After that your CPU has the next biggest impact. The 1600 is a good choice for a price vs performance CPU.

After CPU your RAM is you next biggest impact. The only reason we say to get the RAM you want now, is because it may cost you more down the road. Mixing and matching RAM does not always work and Ryzen does not play well with a lot of RAM. So if you are going to go with and AMD CPU, spend money on RAM. That is the give and take. AMD's CPUs are cheaper, but to get closer to Intel's performance, you need a little bit more expensive RAM.

Your storage can impact your gaming experience, but not always. SSDs are very nice to have. A 120gb is not huge, but it is plenty for your OS and you can load your games on the HDD.

The last thing to really impact games is your motherboard. It will add a few features here and there and can make overclocking easier, but in the same tier, they are all the same. So I would not allot a certain amount for a motherboard. If you are on a budget, I would look for a cheap B350 motherboard. You will get better performance by spending less on mobo and more on RAM.

Just my two cents.
