RAM doesn't work in two slots H61M-E Motherboard

So I have this RAM:
Adata DDR3 4GB 1600
Serial: AD3U1600W4G11-B

And I bought a new Kingston HyperX Fury DDR3 8GB 1600
Serial: HX316C10F/8

Both inserted and computer won't boot.

My Spec:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1
CPU: Intel Core i7-3770 @3.4Ghz
GPU: Zotac GTX 1050Ti OC Edition
Mobo: Asus H61M-E
PSU: Corsair CX550M

It isn't that uncommon that mismatched SDRAM don not work together. Your motherboard is expecting matched sets of dual channel memory. Two single sticks of different capacity memory isn't recommended. If it works at all they would have to be in different color coded slots.

I would recommend returning the single stick and getting a matched set. If you want 8 GB, then get a 2 x 4 GB kit.
