I have a Ryzen 5 with a Asrock Fatality ab350 Gaming K4 mobo. I have spent hours troubleshooting. I know both psu's I've tried are good. I've removed the cpu and put new thermal paste on. I have done every checklist I can find. When I plug in the power supply the only thing that happens is the RGB LED s behind the PCH Heatskin come on. But that is it. Plz help.
