can't get new amd pc to see usb divices(mouse/keybord)

Hi all

I have google'd the crap out and no fix. I used a ps/2 mouse to insatal but I cant use the usb's evan with the driver cd's instaled. the mobo is prime b350 plus asus. It has usb 3.1,3.0 and 2.0. Nun of them work.

I got it working . had to disabel sucerity on router to log on. Than downloaded windows updates.

I thout asus is one of the best mobo's out thear.

You may have answered your own question...but,
open the bios, and try to enable "plug and play," or enable USB, according to the bios settings.

If problems persist...........try a non-asus motherboard.
