can WD black protect the head from touching the disk in case of sudden shut down ?

I mean does the western digital black drives have that kind of protection built in the drive ?
to protect the head from touching the disk in case of a sudden PC shut down ?

All modern HDD have that. Heads are on an arm whose position is adjusted by coil between magnets and as soon as power is shut it goes to starting/parked position at unused part of a platter. Only very old HDDs (25 years +) had a small stepper motor powering heads and needed to be parked other way. Even they had a capacitor holding enough power to park heads when power was cut.
