My PC spes:
Gigabyte G41 Mobo
Intel Pentium R Dual Core E5800
Hyperx Fury 8gb DDR3 Ram
Corsair VS450 PSU
I want To play AAA title Games Like Assassin creed Origins GTA 5 Watchdogs 2 etc
@ 60fps AT 720p normal or high

Sorry, but there's no option available for what you want to play at.
That cpu(2cores/2threads) will heavily bottleneck whatever gpu you'd throw at it in those games.
At least a hyperthreaded dual core(2c/4t) - physical 4 core preferred - is needed to run those games smoothly.
And are you running 1, or 2 sticks of ram? If one, then you've got a cpu AND ram bottleneck there.

I Use 1 8gb ramstick . And what if I use Core 2 Quad
I doesn't have any option because my mobo is having LGA775 Socket
I can play on 40-60fps

A Core2Quad9650 with GTX1050 would allow low, maybe medium, settings depending on which game, but the cpu is STILL a large part of the bottleneck, with the ram being another due to being run in single channel - albeit not as significant as the cpu.
You want to play AAA games - which are no slouches when it comes to resources - with a low-end setup.
The best option would be to save up, but if budget is an issue, the 9650 is about the best you could do here. Make sure the motherboard's bios is up-to-date before swapping cpus.

Where do you live?
And what is your budget?

Months ago i had a Core 2 Quad q6600 at 3GHZ 8GB ddr2 and GTX 660 Oem 1,5GB GDDR5.
With GTA 5 i had at high/very high 38FPS average. That was satisfying how a old CPU can still play games.
But heres come the problem:
GTA Online is a VERY VERY CPU demanded game i had always stuttering and frame drops on GTA Online because there are real people playing and it it a multiplayer game.
This is my story :p
Btw i have upgraded my system with a better CPU and better ram :)
