I can't connect to any minecraft server

Hello, I've been playing Minecraft for a while now, but never encountered this problem before. I tried connecting today but when I opened my multiplayer all servers were lost, also when I try to direct connect to a server the following message appears
io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException: Connection refused: no further information:

I inform you I haven't installed any antivirus on my system and I also have tried disabling my firewall in this instance but the problem still persists.

I googled "minecraft multiplayer servers deleted" and I encountered this site https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-39583

where it's said that: The multiplayer server list (servers.dat) may reset itself or get corrupted.

And you can fix this bug by renaming the file servers.dat_temp to: servers.dat,

but when I do try renaming an error message appears, saying that name already exists, I do not report that being true though as no other file with that name currently exists!
So, could this probably be a virus?

1. is your version of minecraft a legit version (purchased) or got it from a repak or non Microsoft web site?
2. is your minecraft version a steam download ( then goto file system under properties and run a integrity test if corrupted iot should replace files)

I 'm using a cracked version which was downloaded by "tLauncher", so it's a steam download I guess. Where do I find file system more exactly?
