Maybe $50- $100(generous imo) and another $50 for the monitor.
Windows 10 needs at least 4GB of RAM. While it can work with 2GB that PC doesn't have a dedicated GFX card.That means it needs to borrow system RAM for its graphics needs.
It's a good PC for a student not yet in college but it doesn't really have any real retail value to where it can help to generate money for a new build by selling it.

There were a lot of variations on that model. You would have to be more specific. Look at E-Bay sold listings. The HP website says that is an H61 chipset. That will give you a starting point. But I would guess a couple hundred dollars.

Basic specs would be more useful. Pentium, i3, i5, i7, amount of memory, GPU or not, hard drive size.
Fully loaded Ivy Bridge refurbished business desktops (i7-3770, 8GB memory, 500GB drive) can be purchased for around $250-300 on the average. And in some cases spending that little more on a new OEM PC can be worth it. Those i3-8100 machines are pretty impressive for the money.
Unless you really need the money, keep it around as a general purpose computer. Give it to a family member. Donate it to a local church, shelter, or charity.
