Computer won't startup with graphics card plugged in.

Hi there,

Yesterday afternoon I was playing World of Warcraft and watching a live Q&A when my computer suddenly just shut off. My computer would no longer turn on and only sometimes the lights would flicker when I pushed the power button. After some reading, I decided to test the computer without the video card connected to the PSU and to my surprise everything turned on just fine, and I'm using integrated graphics for the time being.

I'm not sure what happened because my GPU has been running just fine for the past 3 years, and I've put even more pressure on it than just World of Warcraft and Twitch. I haven't updated my drivers in quite some time, but right now it's impossible for me to do so since I can't even start my computer with the gpu plugged in. Does anyone have any insight to help fix this issue?!! Thank you!

My specs are currently:

OS - Windows 10
CPU- i7 4770k
GPU - EVGA NVIDIA GTX 970 FTW
PSU - EVGA SuperNOVA 850 B2 110-B2-0850-V1 80+ BRONZE 850W
MOBO - H81M-E33 (MS-7817)
RAM -16gb Corsair Vengeance

I sadly don't have access to another machine or anything like that, I'll try taking it to a computer shop and seeing if they can test and see what the problem is. I'm hoping its the PSU and not the GPU, but thanks for the suggestion at least.
