Hi Guys, so I am hoping to build a new computer with the 2400g APU so I don't have to buy a graphics card right now as their price point is out of my range right now. Anyone able to point me in the right direction here would be great!

Approximate Purchase Date: This/next week

Budget Range: £400-£500

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, surfing the internet, watching movies

Are you buying a monitor: No - have Samsung T240 24" TFT Monitor which I'm quite happy with

Parts to Upgrade: HDD - 250gb sdd & 750gb sata

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: aria, ebuyer, scan, overclockers - happy if you recommend any

Location: London UK

Parts Preferences: I'd like a 2400g APU, I'm considering mini-itx case but am also thinking I'd like to upgrade once GPU's come down in priceand possibly buy an M2, if this is not possible with mini-itx happy to go for micro-atx.

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: No

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1200

Additional Comments: Using games like Witcher 3, Dark Souls 3, Rocket League, Path of Exile

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I'm having trouble running games with my >10 yr old Core 2 Duo build

Its nice BUT ypu can do a ryzen 1400 & 1050ti for similar money.

While it's not mitx & the case is kind of budget its a far better system for gaming overall.

& I've done that very quickly , there's room for manouvering on price there.

With an APU like that would i really recommend 16gb of ram since the apu also uses system ram to work with. Even systems with dedicated gpu's can get close to 8gb of ram usage and if you have some apps open in the background can they easily go over 8gb.
