I want to create a dedicated server for my friends and me in the future.I don't care about prices becouse I'm most likely gonna get the parts used a few years later.
I want it to run:-an ark server
-2-3 heavily modded minecraft servers
-1-2 other games(these always change)
These should be run simultaniously 24/7.
This is only theoretical at the moment.

Solution
So... running 1 ARK server, 3 Minecraft servers, and 1-2 other games all at once... alright, here's what I think.

8-10 Players across all running games/servers:

RAM: 32 GB (everything efficiently utilized, it's easy to pass this)
Internet minimum: 6Mb/s upload, 15Mb/s download.
Storage: 500 GB with 500 GB backup.

11-50 players across all running games/servers:

RAM: Up to 64 GB
Internet minimum: Up to 30Mb/s upload, 45Mb/s download.
Storage: Up to 2TB with 2TB backup.

Stuff that doesn't change with varying player numbers:

CPU: 8-10 physical cores @ 3.5Ghz with a large cache; ECC support (since not all games are stable, especially with mods).
Motherboard: ECC support.
RAM: 1600 MHz minimum, ECC support.

Power supply is determined...

Are you running this server from home? Does your internet provider give you enough upload?
How many users connecting to server, are you running multiple instances? To many variables, if money no object hire a hosted one.

Power supply is determined after the rest of the components are decided upon, make sure it's 150W more than the usage to create a healthy buffer.

Video card is optional (you could spend less than $30 on it, if you really want it) and will only be used for the operating system if you don't want to use remote desktop access.
