1. You mention "Ram:4gb (I have 12 GB ram but I have 2 ram slot in my mo but one broke)" which leads me to understand you have 1x4gb and 1x8gb ram sticks which I would suggest if that is the case to use the 8GB single stick as the first ram stick to use. thus doubling your ram.

2. I would save your monies and look around for used market or new market prices in your country.
I looked at https://gear-up.me/ online store (located in UAE) found a combo
BUNDLE - CPU Intel Core i5-8600K and GIGABYTE Z370 Aurus Ultra Gaming for 1,979.00 AED (about 538.87 USD)
you would need to add ram on this as well, but then your system would be updated from your system dating from 2011 to a 2018 system.

For general use these days you need 8gb system ram to start with. So if it were up to me I'd pull the 4gb stick out and replace it with an 8gb stick at least. If you're planning to use this computer for a long time I'd replace it with a 16gb stick.

If you don't have an SSD, adding at least a small one(120gb) for the OS and your main programs would be my next step.

Otherwise you need a new computer, although you can reuse the 1050 Ti.

With such a light budget your only option is to hopefully find a used Sandy Bridge motherboard so you can use all your memory and possibly find a used Sandy Bridge i7 CPU. You will not be able to upgrade anything major like to a newer chipset with your limited $190USD/700AED budget. Your GPU is fine though.

Just to give you an idea of what's out there (not sure about in the UAE), here's a US eBay seller offering an i7 2600/ASUS PB67 Pro/2x4GB Corsair Vengeance memory package for $195.

https://www.ebay.com/p/Intel-Core-i7-2600-3-4GHz-Quad-Core-CM8062300834302-Processor/109584005?_trkparms=aid%3D333200%26algo%3DCOMP.MBE%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D50560%26meid%3D506d9c7b8b014775adec2043beefe685%26pid%3D100831%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D3%26%26itm%3D152937433045&_trksid=p2349526.c100831.m5025&iid=152937433045

At the very least I'd try and find a used Sandy Bridge motherboard and used i7 chip. But you will need to get a minimum of 8GB of RAM for today's games, with 12-16GB recommended.

You could do that. But I said the best thing is to save some more money for a new CPU/Mobo/RAM. No sense in buying a used 7 year old motherboard that could die any day. Motherboards are usually the first to go, and I bought a Z77 mobo on eBay and it died a couple months later. Not to say that will happen to you, but it could. And you are only covered for 30 days on eBay.

That's why I would say buy a new setup with a new motherboard that will be an investment that will last many more years and can easily be upgraded or parts replaced.

AMD Ryzen or 8th-gen Intel. New mobos coming soon for both.

with your budget get a motherboard that is compatible with your current cpu, and is also compatible with a i7 3770k and allows overclocking

and that also lets you to use all of your ram

a good Z77 mobo will do this
