Hey Toms Hardware Community!
So my girlfriend is looking to build a gaming rig so she can join me out on the digital battlefield. This has also driven me to want to build a new computer since i feel that mine is getting a little old. Now I've built my own gaming pc from suggestions by the Toms Hardware community and your guys' advice has never failed me.
Currently I'm running:
Cpu: i7-5820k clocked at 4.3ghz
Cooler: corsair H110i
Mobo: Asus x99-a
Gpu: Gigabyte windforce GTX970
PSU: Corsair 1000w plat power supply
Ram: 32gigs corsair vengeance ddr4 2133
And various drives all in a corsair 760T Case.
The compute has run great for me the past couple years and I'm only noticing a few hiccups.
Now I play games like PUBG and Battlefield and my gf plans to do the same. My focus is to stick with Intel for these two builds and keep them under $1500 each.
For mine I might scrap out a couple parts.
But what do you guys think would be great for a new pc build for my girlfriend and I?
