650$ to spend to get back into pc

Really wanting to get back into pc gaming and I have about 650 to spend. I'm wondering if I can get help in finding a nicer prebuilt or anything that can get me back to pc gaming fast
The only places I have around are best buys pretty much.. and that's a 40 min drive..

It would be much cheaper if you built a custom pc (https://pcpartpicker.com/list/yny7hy) that costs $680, i know that's just a bit over your budget but GPU's are really expensive at the moment.

Here is a prebuilt pc (https://www.bestbuy.com/site/cyberpowerpc-gamer-xtreme-desktop-intel-core-i3-8gb-memory-nvidia-geforce-gt-730-1tb-hard-drive-black/5732512.p?skuId=5732512) this pc is much worse than the custom one i sent you however it is cheaper by $50.

In my opinion you should save up and get the custom one i sent you.
