So last few weeks it's happening that my pc every time i click on turn on button it starts up than after 3-4 seconds shuts down again and again starts up and after 3-4 seconds shuts down again than third time it starts up and boot normaly.
After that it works and i can do all the stuff normally, i can play games and it wont shut down (it happened to freeze few times on randomly than shuts down)
Also every time i hit restart button it shuts down for 2 seconds than power up again, this didn't happen before, it only restarted.
My config is
Mobo: Gigabyte GA 990X Gaming
CPU: FX 8300
GPU: ASUS ROG STRIX RX 470 OC 4GB
PSU: LC Power 600W rated 80+
HDD: 1TB Toshiba
SSD: 250GB Samsung Evo
Case have 4 cooling fans.
Could this be PSU problem or Motherboard problem. PC is old 1.5 year. My Mobo and CPU died 2 weeks after purchase but after replacement i didn't have any problems until last few weeks
