How do I know if XMP settings are on or off?

I have 16GB (2x8GB) of G.Skill Trident-Z 3200MHZ RGB RAM and my motherboard is an AsRock Fatality Gaming K6 Z370.

Task Manager should tell you what speed your Ram is running at under its memory page. You WILL have to turn XMP on in your BIOS as it won't be on by default. When you change it in the BIOS and reboot it may set it back to off if you have not set it correctly or your BIOS decides it can't do the memory overclock for some reason. Checking with Task Manager is a good way to see if XMP has 'stuck'.
