It stars when i use the disk like copying files opening games it just skyrockets to 100% and when pc is idle goes to zero its a seagate barracuda 1 tb i just replaced it with a new one but still it comes back tried resettting pc but does not working and still it goes to 100% in safe mode also any help please its my summer vacation cant play any games thanks in advance
