Pci recommendations for USB 3.0

So I have an older Gateway desktop that I am working with. It has 8 fb ram with an Intel I3 processor. I have available pci slots and I want to add a USB 3.0 pci card. I am looking to get the most for my money (like everyone else) but I don't know much. What size card, Express or not express, Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated

I used this low profile card in my wife's computer https: //www.amazon.com/Mailiya-Express-Controller-Adapter-Connector/dp/B01G85LFEK/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1521294820&sr=8-6&keywords=pci+usb3.0+card Give you 2 rear usb 3.0 and a 20 pin connector to add two more front panel connectors. Just worked out of the box. I would recommend it.
