FIRST BUILD PC, nothing turning on(no lights, no fans).Lights and fans were turning on but it was not posting a signal, then i thought i found the problem because i didn't know you could split the 8 pin cpu connector into a 4 pin cpu connector so i think in the process of plugging that cable i think i broke my motherboard because now Nothing turns on.(maybe it could be the psu but i really dont know)

MY BUILD
xfx rx vega 56
ryzen 5 1600
asrock ab350m hdv
crucial mx300 ssd
16gb patriot elite viper 3000mhz ram
corsair cx550 psu

Calvin, thanks for replying. I checked a few power calculator sites and they indicate 550 should be good. Could you explain a bit more why it should be 750, when i searched that site in your link i couldn't really find the power requirements.
