Hello, so this has been happening since yesterday when i got home and put some music on, and it suddenly stopped, showing the "shutting down" text with the blue screen ( win 10 ), and i was like ok, perhaps i haven't been useing any antivirus for a while, so I scanned with both Windows defender And Malwarebytes, it found some stuff and I deleted it right after. The next day it happened again, so i decided to clean the pc from dust. I did that as well, although there was no need in my opinion and it happened again and now i'm really not sure what to do. I think the psu may be causing that, but im not sure so i needed to ask someone. about pc specs, a year and a half ago i purchased a lenovo thinkcentre m91p sff, but since i wasn't satisfied with it's specs, i added a transcend ssd, and a low-profile msi gtx 1050ti, and the reason i think that the psu might be the problem is that i think it might be overheating, although i've been checking that as well and it keeps normal temperatures.

EDIT: 4 or 5 days ago, i got myself a backlit-keyboard, might it be the reason for too much power consumption ?

Is it stuck trying to perform a Windows Update perhaps? A PSU thats failing will simply shutoff or reboot your PC without warning in my experience, or have issues first powering on PC in a continuous on/off cycle. I can't say I've heard of getting a "shutting down" courtesy type message that would be power related. The keyboard wouldn't cause this I that I can think of, but you could always go back to your old one just to try. What are your actual temps like using CoreTemp, Realtemp, ect.? GPU temps?

It's not windows update, or at least i'm not being told about it, i mean it doesn't display nothing about updates, just the "shutting down" screen, and when i decide to turn it on again, it powers on just as usual, the win 10 logo, asks me for admin password and runs normaly, i don't even get the "windows didn't shut down correctly" message or anything else like that, regulgar startup, and yes, putting my old keyboard was my other idea, while with it, i'll check cps temps and other stuff, thanks

Soo I switched back to my old 8-dollar keyboard and nothing unusuall happened for the next, like, 1 hour, I downloaded the programms needed for checking temperatures and the results were normal, as you can see in the pic.

and then I decided to run a game, and see what happens, so I launched LoL and as I was in the loading screen, It shut itself down again. Nothing had changed, it happened all of a sudden, blue screen and 'shutting down message', and since it happened so fast i couldn't screenshot any temperatures. I don't know if it was a concidence or not, but as I started the game, it shut down, so im not sure what to do rn, but at least i know it's not the keyboard.. any ideas?

EDIT: i tried playing a game again, and the highest temps i got were 39, it shut itself down again

Try turning off fast pc start up in power options. Also are you using the same usb slot for the keyboards? Try using a different usb slot. Install cpuid and monitor power usage, or spikes, or too low power from psu. Also update bios, drivers, etc. For info what are your pc specs including your psu wattage. I LOOKED UP YOUR PSU SPECS AND FOUND THAT YOUR PSU IS 240WATTS. The 1050ti calls for a 300 watt psu system. So this may be your problem, under powered and shutting down

yeah but why hasn't that been happening before ?
and it's not the keyboard, i switched to my old one and it happened again. Also, any suggestions for a psu ? since im usin a small box, im not completely sure what size the psu should be and where i should look for it ... I might try as well switching to "balanced power plan" since it uses less energy, might that help as well ?

Well yes at this stage it is all speculative. Trial and error is all we have right now. I also recommend scanning for virus/malware and then use a disc cleaner like cc cleaner 64, a free download, and clean out the clutter. Check to make sure your bios and drivers are up to date. I would recommend this psu for your system Rosewill ARC Series 450W Gaming Power Supply should be able to get it for about $41.00

Everything's up to date.. I cleaned the pc, used disk cleanup, Malwarebytes, ccleaner and Disk defragmentor. Bios drivers are up to date as well.. i'm looking forward to buying that psu, i'll answer you again if I change it and that's the actual problem, also if something comes to your mind, please make sure to tell me.
thanks in advice
