So around an hour ago, I had to delete my network adaptors in my device manager due to a problem with Windows 10 (surprise surprise).

However, being my un-witty self, I forgot to screenshot or save my settings in my network adaptor and now my wifi is absolutely terrible again after fixing it a while back.

I use a wifi-dongol to connect my gaming computer to the router.

The two adaptor cards:

802.11n USB Wireless LAN Card
802.11n Wireless LAN Card
My router is the Virgin Media Superhub (its not to super, very un-super).
DOCSIS 3.0 cable modem functionality (also fully compatible with DOCSIS 1.0, 1.1, 2.0)
24 bonded downstreams
8 bonded upstreams
Four ethernet 10/100/1000BaseT ports
Wireless b, g, n capable in 2.4GHz band plus wireless a, n & ac in 5GHz band (Dual-concurrent frequencies)
Five internal antennas
Up to three spatial streams in the 5GHz band
Supports WEP/WPA/WPA2 wireless security encryption
Supports WPS push button synchronisation
Built-in router, DHCP and firewall which can be customised and deactivated
Virgin Media customised housing
External power supply (12v 1.5A)

Now, my question is, what settings do I use in both of my Wireless LAN Cards, the only connection I get is 5ghz, but I am really struggling to get my optimum connection again.

This is my ping constantly https://gyazo.com/da142141148567cd11a27af85bb471ad

Please dont give me "use ethernet cables" its not an option. I have to use a dongol

What should I set my AP Force Mode to?, My country region values? etc.

If any more details are needed feel free to point out and I will add, thanks for help in advance.
