So i recently built a new pc and the majority of games that im playing are crashing.

Games crashing: PUBG , LOL , GTA V , DIYNG LIGHT

It's actually an updated rig, i upgraded mobo and cpu (from z97 and 4690k to z370 and 8400).
I used pc before format and after. Both before and after i had these issues.

Pubg most of the times is crashing cuz its says something about memmory.

I've tried my memmory both in xmp (3200mhz) and none xmp (2133)

PC system :
CPU: I5 8400
RAM: 16GB RIPJAWS 3200MHZ (2X8)
MOBO: GIGABYTE Z370 GAMING 3 REV 1.0
HDD: 2x 240gb ssd (corsair and crucial) , 1x1tb caviar blue 7200
PSU : corsair rm850x
GPU: R9 390 8GB

Disclaimers: the old system didnt have these issues, so its not an hdd or psu or even gpu problem (pretty sure).
Also, hdd's health are perfect and im up to drivers on mobo's and windows ( gpu too).

My main question is, how do i know what problem is it (i think ram or mobo (ram slots) )
I dont have a friend with identical system, or ram.
Should i try 1 ram stick or change the sticks to the 2/4 slots?

Solution
Run memtest86 on each of those RAM sticks. Try them in different slots.

Perform a GPU driver update on your GPU by uninstalling the previous ones using DDU and then reinstall. Reinstall your games.

If there is a BIOS update, try it, although I am not too sure this will help.
