so at some point when playing games my computer shut off and so i unplugged and switched off and on again it turned on for a second and if i wanted to do it again i would have to turn it off for like a few seconds and then it would turn on for a second again so i did the paperclip thing and the power supply fans span for a second and stopped so is that the problem?
