60 fps high - medium ?

Hey guys can my future pc reach 45-60 fps om some demanding games on medium - high ?
Cpu : Ryzen 5 1600
Gpu : Rx 560 4 gb
Ram : 16 gb ddr4
Motherboard : asus b350-f
Psu : Super Flower Platinum King 450W
Ssd + hdd : 128 gb + 1 tb hdd


Are these specs enough for 45+ fps on every game at ultra or 60 fps on mesium high? Of course I am goimg to get less fps on the most demanding games, but are those enough?

No. The 560 is the weakest link. That card is weaker than the 1050 which is near the bottom of Nvidia's totem pole. Only the 1030 is weaker. That suggests lower settings at 45FPS. Did someone lead you to believe that the 560 could offer ultra settings with modern titles?
