GT 710 or Integrated Intel Graphics? (not HD)

Hey there
What is better for games, a MSI GT 710 http:// or Intel 4 series internal chipset. (yes i am aware that is the worst thing ever). Would it be worth it to buy to play games like APB Reloaded on low graphic settings with 30 + fps?. Thank you very much.

The intel 4 series chipset does not have an igpu which is on the cpu. These were all names "hd graphics" so not hd also doesn't match. Just to make sure you are talking about the right series, this is the first gen i series. These are about equivalent to a 210 so a 710 is a lot better. Yes it can play apb reloaded.
