High CPU and Disk Usage when Gaming

I got a PC about two months ago, with an i5 7500 and a GTX 1060 6GB, inb the games I play: PUBG, R6 siege and fortnite, I seem to get high CPU and disk usage and my games begin to stutter and sometimes i get frame drops, please help!

Windows 10 is notorious for memory leaks.During gaming , see if any system process is using your disk read or write or using high amount of ram.
If it is then you will need to reinstall windows.I prefer windows 7 as it had no such issues.

Resetting the windows won't work,only way is to install new windows.

High ram usage , high cpu usage ,high disk usage by a system process are all symptoms of memory leaks.
I know about this as my laptop encountered the same problem as your PC.And it was fixed only after formatting old windows 10 and installing new windows 7.

ok so how do i unistall and reinstall it? Do i need to buy anew windows 10?

Make a backup of all files in windows partition.
Download desired windows setup.
Click on install.
Format the old windows partition.
Click on install windows.
Wait for 30minutes to complete the installation.
Set up the windows.
Enjoy!

Actually windows 10 is famous for memory leaks,please google it if you don't understand.
You should probably download windows 7 setup from www.getintopc.com
And
Install the windows.

If your windows 10 is genuine then you should contact Microsoft and they should be able to fix this problem by remote access.

I downloaded the 21 day trial on USB and put in on my PC and got an activation code off ebay.

Ok it means it's genuine.You should try contacting Microsoft and say that your Windows is suffering from memory leaks and they will assist you how to help.
By the way did you searched what memory leak is?
If Microsoft fails then you should install Windows 7.

Yes i researched a memory leak, its where memory is incorrectly assigned by the OS. I think. I will contact Microsoft now.
