I bought and i7-8700k and a z370XP SLI motherboard and it says the CPU is not working properly. Everything else is working and the lights stay on and then flicker off and back on for a second. The on board troubleshooter says that the CPU isn’t working properly. Anyone know if I could have bent a pin if that is possible or what the problem is? I’d like to add that the screens won’t turn on of my monitors and I haven’t downloaded any drivers but shouldn’t need to get into bios.
EDIT: I bent my motherboard pins and it’s broken and I have no money to fix it.
