Is Corsair 450W 80+ bronze enough for 1050Ti?

Depends. If you were building something based on Intel i9 CPU, it could not be enough. But I guess it's 'normal' gaming PC, so 450 W unit would be enough. Just make sure you got good one, not the old green label CX/CXM or VS, but new grey label CX/CXM.
