I want to build a new Desktop PC.
Do the Parts i selected work together well? And will there be any bottlenecks or overpowered Parts?
Or are there better Parts for a similiar price?

Here my Build:
Intel i5-8400
Asus Prime Z370-P
HyperX fury 2x8gb 2133MHz
Radeon Rx 560
Kingston UV400 120gb SSD 2.5"
WD Blue 1tb 3.5"
Cooler Master MasterBox5 (Midi Tower)
Corsair VS 450Watt

Solution
I would use different motherboard (AsRock Pro4) but that should do well too. RAM is a bit slow, but I guess you took it because it's cheaper, but if you can, get a 2666 Mhz kit. Corsair VS is not good unit, I would rather suggest Corsair TXM. And finally 120 Gb SSD is a bit small this days, consider getting 256 Gb one. And of course, GPU is a weak point here, rest of setup is mid-to-high level but GPU is only entry level. Get a gtx 1060 and you'll have nice, balanced system.

Thank you for your answer!
I took the 120 GB SSD as i plan to only have the OS and some core programs on it. Everything else will be on the 1tb harddrive

Still 120gb is too small really. You'll see it fill up really fast. Keep in mind that windows will take 1/4 of the space and basic programs like office and whatnot will also easily eat another 10gb for sure. Then after a while appdata and whatnot will quickly eat 10gb+ and there will be quite a few big programs that can only be installed on the os partition.
The gpu is also quite weak compared to the rest of the system.

System is good but i agree with the SSD size needing to be a little bigger. I assume your system will mainly be for gaming? An ssd with just Windows will help os load but how about games? on a 120gb, you'll lucky to fit 2 maybe 3 modern games on it, unless you're happy with only a couple then thats fine.

Having an OS on just ssd and games on hdd makes no sense.

i remade my configuration an Pc-Partpicker considering the advice i got here:
stronger PSU, better GPU(1060) and a bigger ssd drive (256gb).
also do i need another cpu cooler? (as i heard the stock cooler is quite loud)

That looks better now. As for cooler, can't tell if stock is loud as I'm not using stock ones for some time. It's up to you - or you can install stock one initially, and if you find it too loud to your liking, then buy aftermarket. That 212 will do nicely, although if you want something really silent, go for Noctua or FSP Windale 4.
