Solution
ISP - Internet Service Provider.

Do other wired and wireless devices connect to your router and to the internet?

For the moment your computer is configured to use a wireless adapter connection. To use a wired connection you must disable the wireless network adapter and enable the wired (Ethernet) network adapter.

Have you tried the built-in Windows 10 troubleshooters?

"WIN" + "I" > Update & Security > Troubleshoot

May find and fix some error or problem.

You are using wireless - correct?

Are you seeing any specific error messages or pop-ups? Need some additional information beyond "doesn't work".

Per your "ipconfig" your computer is using a router with the IP address 192.168.1.1 (very common and normal) and being assigned a DHCP IP address of 192.168.1.103. Also within expectations.

Does your ISP provide IPv6 service? If not, uncheck IPv6 in the network adapter's configuration windows.

Who manages your network router? You may need to work with that person to reinstall and reconfigure the wireless network adapter for your computer.

the problem is that my computer dosen't get ethernet even though the cable and the router works. So the problem is probably in my computer, but i don't know why the ethernet is not detected by my cmputer. What do you mean ISP?
