After having with pc restarting after playing a specific game i have come to the conclusion that the problem is psu. In the begging i didn't believe it cause it happened in only one specific game and not the others but as i run occt power supply test the pc restarts within a minute. And after reading most of the forums sudden restart with an error report is 99% the psu to blame. What do you think guys?

Solution
When it comes down to either GPU or PSU then there are only 2 ways PC can randomly shut down/reboot:
1. GPU overheats or you have unstable OC on GPU.
2. PSU fails to deliver enough wattage to the GPU or PSU fails to keep +12V rail within ATX PSU standard (+/- 5%).

As i said above, do check your temps. On average, GPUs can do 105°C max while the actual temp ceiling varies between GPUs.
Also, try downclocking the GPU some to see if it's the GPU OC issue.

But if it's the PSU who is acting up then there's nothing you can do to fix your PSU. Only fix is to buy new good quality PSU, e.g anything from Seasonic.
Care to tell your full system specs so i can suggest the proper PSU wattage range to go for?

Random reboots or shutdowns are mostly caused by 2 issues:
1. CPU/GPU overheats and to prevent any damage, system shuts down.
2. PSU fails to deliver enough power to the GPU or fails to keep smooth enough voltage for PC's operation.

First check your CPU/GPU temps, both at idle and under load. If temps are within reason then it's safe to assume that it's the PSU who is acting up.

As far as percentages go when it comes to the PC's random reboots/shutdowns, here's how i'd put those:
high temps - 40%
faulty PSU - 40%
electricity grid issues - 15%
other issues - 5%

i have done a stress test in the cpu for 7 hours and it is overclocked and everything is fine. i am running a stress test on the gpu for a couple of hours and next is the ram. if everything is good then it's safe to say it's psu? and if it is the psu who the manufacture company will be able to determine the problem if it only happens under stress test and heavy gaming?

In every benchmark i run either it is aida 64,prime 95 or occt the gpu never goes more than 75 degrees. My gpu is a sapphire r9 380 4gb and the psu is a coolermaster 750gm which i know isn't that good. Also the fans at

Cooler Master G750M is mediocre quality unit made by 2nd grade PSU OEM: Channel Well Technology and i'm not surprised you're getting issues with it. While all Seasonic PSUs are either great quality or good quality units (depending on PSU model) and they are made by 1st grade PSU OEM: Seasonic.

Since you have a power hogging GPU which consumes 225W at 100% load and if you add the rest of your system to it at about 200W, total would be 425W, more with CPU/GPU OC. Here, i suggest getting at least 650W Seasonic unit, e.g M12II-620 EVO, G-650, Focus+ 650 or PRIME 650 80+ Titanium,
pcpp: https://pcpartpicker.com/products/compare/WrNypg,Tc3RsY,R7V48d,nn648d/

M12II EVO and G series PSUs come with 5 years of OEM warranty. (My Haswell build is also powered by M12II EVO series PSU.)
Focus+ is the newest PSU line from Seasonic and it comes with 10 years of OEM warranty.
While PRIME 650 80+ Titanium is the best 650W PSU money can buy at current date.

With Seasonic PRIME 80+ Titanium series, you'll get the highest efficiency (94%), tightest voltage regulation (0.5%), longest hold-up time (30ms), lowest ripple noise (20mV) and longest warranty (12 years) there is. Fully modular cables and toggle-able Premium Hybrid fan control too,

My Skylake build is also powered by PRIME 650 80+ Titanium PSU (full specs with pics in my sig).
Oh, all semi- and fully-modular Seasonic PSUs are also compatible with CableMod SE-series custom sleeved power cables. To match my Skylake's black & red theme and Haswell's black & blue theme, i have replaced the stock black power cables with CableMod SE-series custom sleeved power cables (red colored for Skylake and blue colored for Haswell).

Thank you very much for your suggestions i am going with seasonic my self i have read great reviews. I also tested the gpu in another rig for 2 and half hours and no restarts nothing and the temps never go above 72 which is great for amd gpus as far as i know. Is it safe to assume it is the psu after that? Also the memtest came out clear no errors
